Your issuing bank may have held the second payment temporarily.
Please allow for 24 to 48 hours for the bank to reflect the final deduction in your bank account. If there is no change after 48 hours, contact Sparky, ShopBack's friendly virtual assistant. We’ll help you resolve this issue.
