What should I do if I did not receive my OTP?

Didn't receive your one-time password (OTP)? Don't worry!

At times, missing OTPs are due to reasons such as:

1. Location or network provider issues such as poor reception issue

2. Mobile device issues such as weak battery or phone may have been turned off

3. Network traffic such as many users may be requesting OTP at the same time

Here are some troubleshooting suggestions:

1. Move to an open area with strong reception.

2. Request again within 10-15 minutes.
