I did not receive any reset password email. What do I do?

Just go to https://www.shopback.my/forgot, key in your registered ShopBack email address and submit the “Send Reset Link” request.

Once this is done, you will receive the reset password email. If you still did not receive the email, do chat with us here and we would be glad to help you out!
