Terms and Conditions:

1) Valid for new and existing ShopBack users for a one-time bonus only.

2) 5% Bonus Cashback will be capped at RM20 for your first travel order made from 17 Aug to 30 Sep 2020. No minimum spend is required.

3) 5% Bonus Cashback will be credited by 30 Nov 2020 to your registered ShopBack account.

4) Any cancellations and failed payments will be disqualified from this promotion.

Am I eligible to shop during this Campaign?

- You sure are! The deals are valid for ShopBack customers whether you are new or existing users. Do make sure to check on the different categories of New Customers (First time making a purchase with the listed merchant) or Existing Customers (Already made a purchase before).

I am a New Customer(NC) and would like to make multiple bookings for travel via ShopBack on 9.9. Will I be able to stack the Bonuses for NC and EC?

- Yes you are eligible and will be able to do so! For example:
Aiman is a New Customer to a particular travel merchant in ShopBack. Aiman makes 5 travel bookings on 9.9 from ShopBack. Aiman will be entitled for the extra 9% Bonus Cashback based on his first travel purchase, and also 5% Bonus Cashback for his remaining 4 travel bookings(Capped at RM20).

Is there any capped amount of Cashback that I may earn from the purchase made?

- Yes there is! You may refer below for the cap amount for all 3 travel deals below. (You may refer the T&C above as well:

Extra 5% Cashback on your First Travel Booking
- Capped at RM20 for first travel order.
Travel New Customer(NC) Bonus: Extra 9% Cashback on your First Travel Booking on 9.9
- Capped at RM30 for first travel order.
