To request for withdrawal, one must get both ShopBack email address and bank details successfully verified. Do note that this step is to be done from the users' end. If it happens that you have got our customer service team to assist and are still not able to go through the process, you may try below suggestions:
1) Typo: Check whether the registered email address is spelt correctly. It might seem impossible, but it happens quite frequently
2) Refresh: Sometimes, you will need to manually refresh your web browser to check for new verification emails
3) Blocked address: Last resort, you may try to reach your email service provider (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to check just in case they have accidentally blocked emails from Shopback
If the above doesn't do the trick, you can try changing the registered email address to a new one.
