Withdraw your Cashback

When those small wins add up to something big, it’s time to withdraw your Cashback to your bank account and spend (or save!) it however you’d like. We’ll guide you through everything you need to know about withdrawing your Cashback.

Add your withdrawal info

  1. Go to the withdrawal page while logged in. In the app, it’s in Account → Withdraw.


    If you’re on the ShopBack website, hover over the Account icon next to your Cashback earnings and click Withdraw money.

  2. Select Add a Bank
  3. Fill in your details when prompted.
  4. After adding your bank details, we’ll send you an email to verify.
  5. Verify your bank account via email to continue with the withdrawal.

Your email will only be valid for 30 minutes. If you don’t receive the verification email, check our spam or junk mail. If you’re struggling with verification, check out this article on Problems adding or verifying withdrawal info.

Things to note

Before you withdraw, here are some things to note.

Minimum Balance

You can withdraw once your Confirmed Cashback reaches RM10, excluding bonuses. 

Withdrawal limits

You can only withdraw up to RM300 a day.  

Time frame

You'll usually get your cashback in your bank account or wallet within 5 calendar days of your request.
During public holidays, it may take a bit longer but will still be done within 5 working days.
Incorrect withdrawal details can cause delays, so make sure to update them (e.g., bank account number) before requesting a withdrawal.

  1. Go to Account → Withdraw.
  2. On the withdrawal you'd like to request the remittance advice for, tap Need help?
  3. Select Get proof of transfer and you should receive your remittance advice via email within 24 hours.
  4. You should receive your remittance advice via email within 24 hours.
