Activate your data plan
After installing your eSIM, your data plans become Ready for Use. It will activate automatically upon connecting to a local network at your travel destination.
Please ensure you have configured your device so that the eSIM can connect to a local network – you may do this before landing for a smoother experience.
- Open Settings > Cellular
- Select your eSIM
- Turn on This Line
- Turn on Data Roaming
- Turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching
- Set new eSIM as preferred data SIM
Having trouble?
- Make sure data switching is turned off.
- Try turning Airplane mode on and off
- Go to Account → Support → Chat with us in the ShopBack App to contact support if you still need help
