My mobile number already exists. What should I do?

You’re likely to encounter this issue when trying to sign up for a new ShopBack account using a mobile number that’s already registered to an existing account. 

Each mobile number can only be used for one ShopBack account. But if you happen to have two ShopBack accounts and only want to keep one, you can request to merge the account.
